Julianne Moore and Trevor Noah tour same NYC digs

Oscar-winning actress Julianne Moore and comedian Trevor Noah were both spotted checking out the same West Chelsea units at 532 W. 20th St. within days of each other.

Although they were hunting separately, both Moore and Noah have been making big real estate moves this year.

In July, the “Still Alice” star and her husband, film director Bart Freundlich, sold their West Village townhouse for $15 million.

They also sold their Montauk beach cottage on Fort Pond for $2.85 million last March — after having first listed it six years ago.

Meanwhile, Noah rented a 70 Vestry St. condo asking $52,000 a month with his (on-again) gal pal Minka Kelly; he also reportedly bought a $27.5 million Bel Air, Calif., mansion to share with Kelly.

The Chelsea digs that both Moore and Noah visited (a four-bedroom asking $7.15 million and a three-bedroom asking $7.37 million) are in a new 11-story, nine-unit building that was designed and developed by Joe McMillan’s DDG Partners.

All of the residences are full-floor and come with private, keyed elevator landings, 50-foot-wide great rooms with gas fireplaces, chef’s kitchens and lots of light.

The penthouse duplex, asking $7.99 million, is already in contract.

The broker for the building is Douglas Elliman’s Tamir Shemesh, who declined to comment.
