Since the spring, tens of thousands of foreign migrants have arrived in the city from the southern border with the hope of getting asylum in the United States. But with the future of federal policy Title 42 in limbo, the city is preparing for another influx of arrivals. Pat Kiernan talks with NY1 reporter Eric Feldman about the state of the asylum system in New York.
